Based on my experience, Michael was a knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate professional. The staff was also top notch. I highly recommend their services if a visit is needed.

I spoke with Vicky three times today and I must say she really went above and beyond to help me with the problem I was having. She was patient with me, didn't seem annoyed by my millions of questions and made sure she went above and beyond. She has great phone etiquette, a sense of humor and goes the extra mile. Vicky is a sweetheart. Give this lady a raise!!!!! Thanks for the help today Vicky!

I have had mostly positive experiences at this urgent care. It is much better than CMH Rapid Care in Catskill, which is closer to me.
I have come here twice for myself (good experiences) , and I have brought each one of my elderly parents here once.
I brought my mom last night & they were very kind & patient with her.
When I brought my dad here, who has dementia & was obviously not 100%, a couple years ago and they acted fairly annoyed with his silly but harmless jokes and were pretty curt with him.
A negative is that the walls are very thin & I could hear very clearly what was being said to the patient in the next room over.
Overall, I will continue to use this urgent care and recommend it to others.

My experience was fantastic. The receptionists were friendly. The wait time was minimal. The rooms and waiting area were both very clean. The bathroom was clean as well! I had an amazing nurse her name is Kim. She took time and explained everything to me. She is so sweet. The doctors are so personable and truly take their time and listen. I can’t recommend this urgent care enough.
