If I could give her and the practice 10 stars or more I would. The Dr. Katie Detox program is outstanding and the food from Soiree is delicious!! It is a life changing experience and I am beyond grateful for all of our appointments. I feel so much healthier!! I feel the impact on my health and my family's health too with all of the changes in our way of eating. Through regular visits for acupuncture and developing a supplement routine, ongoing challenges with aging, injuries and menopause were improved and tolerated without the use of strong medication. Katie has many gifts including genuine care for her patients, a keen ability to get to the root of a problem and help develop a manageable solution. Through being an active participant in her detoxes for years, I have gained an incredible awareness in the importance of choices when preparing food and properly nourishing my family. Katie equips her patients and friends with knowledge, encouragement, and an unending amount of support to find wellness. Simply put, she is a rare find and gift!

I love the fact that she takes time to actually listen to the patient and respond in a way this is more than helpful. She has the ability to dig deep into issues and give solutions that are easy to achieve. Personally, I have acupuncture sessions, and I am here to say, it actually works. For me, relaxation is the key. I always leave the session feeling totally and completely relaxed, emotionally, mentally and physically. What's that old saying? "It's better than sliced bread". I highly recommend anyone who has a question about their wellbeing, no matter what it is, please reach out to Wellness Insights. You will find answers to your questions and get healing in whatever way it is needed.
