  My family really can't say enough about the amazing overall spa buying experience we had with Wellis New England. The showroom is spectacular and Chad and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. We've been using our new Wellis Libra spa for about a month now and we couldn't be happier with it. We are first time spa owners so continuing customer service/product support was very important to us. Chad is always available to help and he has answered many, many post-delivery questions from us already. The delivery process also could not have been more friendly and easy. Please check them out if you are looking for a high quality spa and first rate customer service!

  We recently purchased the Wellis Amazon swim spa from Wellis New England, and we couldn't be happier. The swim spa is amazing as is the customer service from Wellis New England. The staff is very helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure the buying experience and the service you receive after the sale is top notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a spa!

  We recently bought a new hot tub. Beautiful showroom. Staff was very welcoming and professional. Answered all of our questions until we made our decision. We had it delivered in about a week! Highly recommend.

  "Wow, Wellis New England is the most beautiful hot tub store I've ever seen. They have every single model from their brand, Wellis, on the floor. Apparently Wellis is the #1 European spa maker and the build quality is top notch. The salespeople, Chad and Olivia, are so knowledgeable - this is not your normal hot tub store experience. It felt like a luxury car dealership without the high pressure sales tactics. Prices are very reasonable and they service the tub for life. I bought a Mont Blanc model and I can say it's the most comfortable and easiest to use hot tub I've ever experienced. Check this place out- you won't be disappointed!"
