  I was extremely 😇 blessed to have found Weinberger Divorce and Family Law Group! I truly felt and experienced that they took the seriousness of the circumstances of my case, which involved medical matters for my son, with both tremendous legal tact and passionately advocating for both myself and my son, in and out of the courtroom. At every step this firm, and specifically the attorney assigned to my case, I felt had a personal investment in caring about the case and keeping us safe through harrowing circumstances. There is nothing as reassuring and life-changing as solid legal counsel like this whom has your back and is so professional and caring about it!   It’s hard to know where to even begin to convey how I feel about my divorce attorney, Erin Brueche, of Weinberger Law Group. I did an extensive, almost 6-month search, but from the moment my two adult daughters and I met Erin, I knew she was “The One” I wanted to represent me in filing for divorce. I wanted an attorney who wasn’t a “shark”, but could be a “tiger”, if necessary, in a quiet, unassuming way, as my ex-spouse is passive-aggressive with financial means, and feels that twisting the truth is perfectly acceptable if it gets him what he wants. From Day One, throughout my divorce and to this day, Erin has proven to be knowledgeable, professional, competent, attentive, responsive, prompt, respectable, organized, calm, patient, reassuring, supportive, fair, honest, compassionate, warm and kind-hearted. These are just words to many, but they are who Erin is. She listened to my every word, valued my input and then expressed her opinion, gave me options, guidance and sound legal advice as to how to proceed. Her writing is superb. She definitely has a way with words and I thoroughly enjoyed being copied on her letters to opposing counsel. She understood the emotions involved in a divorce and, at times, listened to me vent as a friend would, even talking me off the ledge once or twice. She always had my back, and I instinctively knew it, which put me at ease and comfortable in moving forward. I trust her implicitly and her recommendations for a forensic accountant and mediator were top notch, and I came away quite satisfied with the settlement I received. Thanks to Erin and everyone on the team. Hiring Erin has been, by far, one of the best decisions I have ever made!

  When my husband broke the verbal agreement to split 50/50 of two properties after 30 years of marriage, I was confused and panicked. I was told I must seek professional help, or else he’d bully his way into an unfair settlement agreement. Originally, my idea was to meet up with several attorneys and pick one that I felt would best protect my rights. During our one hour free consultation with Erin Brueche, Erin’s patient, understanding, and professional demeanor made me (and my two adult children who went with me) change my mind of interviewing further. I felt I could trust her to protect my best interests, while acting on my behalf in a competent and professional manner. Sure enough, Erin did not let me down.
