struggle with my weight. I finally had enough when I was told by my doctor that I needed to wear a halter monitor
For my heart which was jumping around my chest. The next day was determined to change my ways and finally lose some weight.
I’m 5’7, 50 yrs old and weighed 257 pounds. I was winded going up a flight of stairs, I was miserable, I looked terrible and now a possible heart condition…
I met with Jennifer, we discussed my situation and she came up with a customized plan for me to reach my goals.
I followed her plan as we discussed and in 3 weeks, I lost 19 pounds! I was determined to lose more… and I did! I went down to 216 pounds in several months
Following her plan (cheating a little) and now I feel great… I did go up a couple pounds, but with Jennifer’s maintenance program, we caught it before it got out of control.
Jennifer really cares, WWC is not just a place to go lose weight with the guidance of a very experienced nutritionist, it’s a place to change your life. -

As a registered dietician, Jen is a professional who takes her job seriously and I know she cares. She has been my guide on this journey and I know it works; I’m off stomach meds, feeling healthier and looking so much better. I have and will continue to recommend Weight Wellness Center to anyone who is serious about becoming healthier in the best possible way.

(July 19, 2016, 10:26 am)I have been seeing Jennifer and her staff for a few months now and they are always helpful, encouraging and I am learning so much about myself, my relationship with food and nutrition itself. I love their cooking classes - I am learning to remake favorite recipes in a healthier way. The scale is amazing in how it breaks down your weight and the RMR test is a MUST - to tell you just how many calories you're burning. Great place ... you should try it out. And very inexpensive - especially for the service you get and the fee includes your WWC products! Thank you ladies!
