  I love this program. Dr. Nadia and Dr. Andre are amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. I want to say thank you to Dr. Nadia and Dr. Andre for helping me along this journey because without them answering all my questions and concerns I don't think I could have done it on my own.
  I highly recommend this program for anyone who has a hard time with weight loss as the results are amazing. I am so absolutely happy with my results.

  I just completed the 3 month weight loss program with Weight & Life MD and couldn't be happier. I signed up for another year to lose more weight and help maintain my weight loss and overall make this a lifestyle change that will stick. I'm a mom who struggled with losing the weight post pregnancy and never found a plan that I could stick to before. The doctors were very helpful in setting up a custom plan based on my needs. I enjoyed the meal replacement choices and it took the guess work out of what to make and instead have quick and easy healthy choices that I wouldn't get tired of. Following the meal plan, light exercise, plus regular check-ins helped me to lose weight.
  
  The doctors are very encouraging and supportive and don't blame you if you get off track but rather help you find your way back to a healthy regimen. I love the weekly check-ins and the app because I need the accountability. Its for this reason that I have signed up for a 1 year program to help me lose more weight but also maintain my weight loss. I also love that the program is based on scientific results and look forward to the body composition and metabolic testing they do to show progress that is not always seen by the scale alone. I love that the doctors are always accessible to text making you feel like you have a support system throughout this journey. Dr. Andre and Dr. Nadia, now have come to feel like extended family with their warmth and support- I'm so glad that I found them!

  Dr Nadia is very knowledgeable and has a realistic and healthy approach to treating obesity.
  She and Dr André are professional, compassionate supportive and committed to helping me succeed.
  They are absolutely lovely people.
  All the visits are one on one, structured, educational and to the point.
  The office staff is very professional, and the appointments are always on time.
  
  I’m on my 3rd 12 weeks session.
  So far I’ve lost over 40 pounds and I have no intention of quitting.
  
  I wish Dr Nadia and Dr André great success.

  I went to Dr. Nadia after seeing the weight my brother had lost on her program. After attending the orientation class and meeting both Dr. Nadia and Andre, I was ready to start my own weight loss program. The program really is tailored to your individual needs and expectations. Every aspect of my weight loss journey is monitored by the doctor. Along with the diet and exercise I am also learning how our bodies use food and the mental aspect of eating. I would recommend Weight and Life MD to anyone that needs help with their weight.
