  I've been using this business for years, I think their prices are very fair & I love their technique (amenities are nothing fancy) however communication is a struggle esp in regards to booking.(my last appointment was confirmed, got there and it was a bit chaotic, no one seemed to know what was going on and I had to follow my massuse to another location), I think they book too many appointments without checking to see if the girls are really avail and if they aren't they squeeze you in and you can feel like you are not a priority. I also think they should provide cold, bottled water (not just a tiny Dixie cup when done) and cleaner bathrooms as well. like I said, I've been a loyal customer for years but they need to manage things better. The ladies work very hard.
  
  I was in again today & noticed a new water cooler that is accessable to clients which was very nice & important especially after massage.

  Woke up Saturday with arthritic pain in both hands and had suffered for weeks w knee, neck & shoulder pain from gardening & sitting hours in cold AC. One 30 minute session relieved me of all that pain. The Spa is clean & serene, prices are reasonable. Will return in 2 wks & on a monthly basis. Still gardening & will need the Spa to restore me! :)

  This is my second time using Wei Spa. Both times our massage was at the location across from the high school The first time with my husband for a couples massage and it was our first massage so they made sure to explain every step to make us comfortable. I figured the customer service was so good because they wanted to make sure we would return… which worked! I decided to go back today with a group and the customer service was just as great as my first experience. Sue greeted us when we arrived and explained all the party specials. Each massage therapist was very accommodating and informative. They check on you periodically to make sure you’re comfortable and enjoying the massage. They provided refreshments and were very professional and personable. They made sure to discuss products before using them and i love how they double check with you on any possible up charges instead of just doing what they want and surprising you with a bill later. What really stood out to me today was they were upfront about a credit card upcharge and allowed us to go to the bank and get cash after we already had our massages… I will be back again and definitely recommend.

  Sue and her staff are absolutely amazing. Great prices and one of the best massage and facials I have ever had.
