My 96 year old mom has been seeing Dr. Singh for over 20 years and Karen the office manager is the greatest at follow up, scheduling and keeping me informed of everything going on with my mom even when I'm far away! Every doctor's office needs someone like Karen!
Karen is the most accommodating, warm, welcoming receptionist I have ever come in contact with. She’s always gone above and beyond to help me out. Any question or concern I have she will answer or reassure me everything is okay! she treats all the patients in reception with the same kindness and welcoming heart as she does me! 10/10 customer service
Dr. Iqbal Singh has taken exceptional care of me and my family for the past 30 years and has truly been our angel. All of the doctors and staff at the new practice ~ WeCare Medical Associates continue to also have a wonderful bedside manner with my entire family and for this we are so very grateful. Karen, the front desk manager, is so very kind and attentive and always goes well above and beyond to help us and to make us feel welcome at each and every visit.
The experiences that I have had at this clinic were all pleasant. I felt like I was being treated in a professional matter where my concerns were being heard. There are short wait times since appointments are always made. The medical assistants are also kind and helpful. They care about patients and have helped resolve problems that I have had. It may seem complicated having 4 different doctors in one clinic but they all work together as a uniform team to help their patients. I have loved going there for myself and am truly thankful for their support and fair treatment. I highly recommend the is clinic!
