I had the pleasure of taking my esoteric Kei Truck for some much-needed maintenance, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with their level of service.
From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff who took the time to listen to my concerns around changing both the water pump and timing belt.
The mechanics at Weber's Garage are clearly experts in their field, as they were able to to install the timing belt and water as well as comprehensively safety check the vehicle.
What really stood out to me, however, was the level of transparency and honesty that the team displayed throughout the entire process. They provided me with a detailed breakdown potential future repairs and explained why each repair was necessary, which gave me peace of mind knowing that I was not being taken advantage of.
Overall, I cannot recommend Weber's Garage enough. Their level of service, expertise, and transparency is truly exceptional, and I will undoubtedly be returning to them for any future car needs.
Popped a tire and lost the wheel lug nut key on the road. Felt like a headache at first but these guys made everything ease breezy. Fixed the tire and put the new wheel keys on. Highly recommend.
I have been a customer of Weber's Garage for over 2 decades. It has new ownership. Craig the new mechanic and maybe the next owner was great. I explained I had taken my truck to an oil change place where I was told it needed a whole new radiator because this hose to the transmission was leaking and it was connected to the radiator and they couldn't just replace the hose. The estimate they gave me to fix it was $1,200. Craig asked if I could leave the truck so he could take a look at it and call me with what he found out. He found that the hose the other place said was leaking wasn't leaking at all. There was a pipe going to the radiatior that was rusted away which was actually leaking. He got the pipe from the dealership. He was able to fix it for a 1/4 of the other estimate. That was the same service and honesty I experienced with the previous owner and staff. My car was ready that day. He promised it would be and he stuck to his word. It's not easy to find an honest mechanic. When you do, you should refer your friends and family to them. I would recommend checking this place out, you won't be disappointed.
Joe the owner has been in business for a long time and these guys are terrific. The new head mechanic Craig is outstanding he is old enough to be well experienced and young enough to understand the computers that run these cars today. Excellent choice for car services or repair.
I really feel these guys are honest and loyal to their customers. They explain everything they will do and is very thorough with their work. Craig you are the best thank you for making sure my daughter's car was safe for her to get to and from school. They changed my daughter's housing thermostat, intake boot, oil change, and a diagnostic.
