Wayne Smiles - Pediatric Dentistry of Wayne

My son is 6 he went there today for the first time and let me just tell you Dr.Ferrara and his assistant were very awesome. My son had 2 baby teeth removed and they explained everything to us. My son just laid there and watched tv and then we were done. All smiles no crying no pain. Best place ever right down to the receptionists we’re awesome too. Highly recommend them.

My son is three years old and very apprehensive with anything new. We had been looking for a pediatric dentist and had received some recommendations but after researching the reviews, they didn’t seem like a good fit. I searched the internet and came across Wayne Smiles with great reviews and after our first visit yesterday I understand why.
From the first call I had with Janet, she was incredibly informative, helpful, responsive and kind. She helped with our dental insurance & answered all the questions I had with patience & kindness. That customer care followed throughout the visit with Marissa who took care of my son, cleaned his teeth gently, made us all feel at ease and just did an excellent job. And Dr. Frank, the pediatric dentist, was just wonderful. He had such a sweet & gentle way about him while explaining everything clearly about my sons teeth. He gave excellent suggestions on how to clean, maintain good dental hygiene in children and he was just so kind. My son even left with a “prize” he got to pick out when we left. I am a tough critic and I am beyond impressed here. Thank you Wayne Smiles !

It's not often that I share positive reviews but after a not so great experience with an oral surgeon and sharing a negative review, i felt like i needed to balance it out with a very positive review. My son had 4 wisdom teeth removed by an oral surgeon recently. The surgery went fine but he became very paranoid that something was wrong - it was to the point where he hadn't eaten anything for a week. Nothing was wrong - it just seemed to be a mental block. Anyway, my daughter was due to come in to Dr. Frank for her cleaning and check up. I asked the office staff if Dr. Frank would mind taking a look at his mouth to reassure my son that everything was okay. They said of course. Dr. Frank looked at his mouth and prob spent about 20 minutes answering a lot of very random questions from my son regarding his concerns. He did not charge me for this visit and did not rush him even though the office was super busy. He reassured him and told him in order to continue to heal, he needed to eat and gave him a really great "pep" talk. My son left the office reassured and had a slice of pizza.

Anyway, it's not often nowadays that you find medical staff who will go the extra mile and show true compassion for their patients. Kudos to Dr. Frank and staff.

I’m so grateful to have found this practice. I have two boys and one of them is quite nervous about going to doctors. However, Dr. Ferrara is phenomenal with kids. He is patient and kind! Always puts my kids at ease. My Son chipped two front teeth this past weekend. Wayne Smiles was able to get us in on Monday and his smile is perfect again.

I went to Dr. Frank after going through 4 pediatric Dentists in the Wayne area. Dr. Frank is an awesome dentist. He takes the time to speak with the parents as well as explain every single step to my son. He made my son feel so comfortable. He loves going to the dentist now. The whole staff is very friendly and makes you feel so comfortable.
