  We had a pizza party last night for 55 guests and used Wave Hill Breads pizza crusts. Amazing! Light, airy and delicious. Everyone left raving! They will be my go to for all our pizza parties going forward!

  Attended an Industry Pizza Night at e.terra Kitchen last night in Harlem. The co-owner and master bread maker of Wave Hill Breads was there. And he brought pizza doughs where we all added our own toppings from a toppings bar. Super delicious; pizza crust was nice & light. So happy that they ship!

  I purchased Wild Yeast SourDough Millet at the Bethel Farmers Market today. Absolutey found this bread to be very satisfying.
  If you like a hard crust, then you must try this bread. The texture of the interior is soft and full of flavor. The sour dough taste immediately stands out and that is what I wanted. This bread reminds me of a combination between original Sour Dough bread from San Francisco and hard crusted breads from Europe which I grew up on. I could eat this entire bag of bread with unsalted butter, good jam or better yet - some Pate.
