(May 28, 2023, 9:46 am)I had a little trouble with the billing when I first started going there but it worked itself out. Everyone in there is very nice and thoughtful. You are even given sunglasses to wear so the ceiling lights don't bother you. Your comfort seems to be very important to them. The dentist is kind and always trying to make sure you are not having pain. All in all it's a great place and I will keep coming back.

(May 10, 2023, 9:42 am)I am thoroughly impressed with the front end staff from their knowledge of insurance, their customer service and willingness to make sure I have all that I need re: info and scheduling accommodation. Shaya, specifically has been wonderful and even went the extra mile looking into my husband's insurance coverage. Diana, the hygienist is great and after my first visit she made me feel comfortable and confident as she is very confident in her skill set with deep cleaning, etc. She made me feel very comfortable at my first deep cleaning session and was just so kind and personable. Lastly, I had a quick interaction with the Dentist but even in passing she was very nice! I look forward to being cared for by you all. :)

(April 25, 2023, 8:16 am)Dr Putnam did a root canal and I never felt any discount in his office or when the novacaine wore off.
He is the best dentist I have ever gone to.
I highly recommend him and I totally trust him.
No medicine was necessary for pain or inflammation.
I would feel safe having him do any kind of dental work.
He is the absolute best dentist I have ever gone to.
