  I wanted to bring my girl a rose, just to make her happy. I called Waterbrook on a Sunday - when very few florists are open - the woman (whose name escapes me, unfortunately) said that they were just closing up, but said if i could get there soon, she would have it waiting for me.
  
  She stayed an extra 15 minutes to sell me a rose - and helped me to make my lady happy, A small gesture, but it meant a lot to me, AND not only was the rose beautiful, so many things in the gift shop. Looking forward to going back.

  My sisters sent me roses from Waterbrook last week, and they are amazing! Biggest blooms I have ever seen and are still looking absolutely gorgeous!

  I called Weds morning for a same day delivery, something reasonable to brighten someone''s day. They sent the most beautiful arrangement with a selection of truly exotic looking flowers. I'm a customer forever. She was very happy with her flowers.

  On the day my mom passed away. I received. An outstanding arrangement of Flowers Innovas from a couple of my girlfriends. 10 days later they are still fresh and lovely looking without even a petal from any of the arrangement dropping. It's as if they are Bionic! I am truly grateful for this beautiful, beautiful arrangement that now is proudly seated on my mantlepiece in my living room.
