  Chris is excellent! I reached out to him when I first bought my house and knew that I needed some sort of water treatment system. He came out to assess the situation and was able to make many recommendations on what could and what should be done. A week later I contacted him to get started with the project. He came in and in one day was able to set up the water softener, pH, and UV filter system. I am so glad I reached out to him and was able to get the system set up. I will definitely be reaching back out for any other issues and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of such systems or maintenance of their water systems. Thanks again!

  I recently contacted Chris to fix an issue I was having with the water treatment system in my home, and the experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment I made the first inquiry, the customer service was friendly and highly informative. Chris were punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable - he expertly assessed the issues and suggested the most efficient solution.
  
  I was particularly impressed with how transparent he was about the whole process. He explained the benefits and functionality of the system in layman's terms, which made me feel involved and confident in my decision. Their installation was seamless and they left the workspace impeccably clean.
  
  Since the installation, the improvement in the water quality is remarkable. Our drinking water tastes fresher and the absence of hard water build-up is clearly evident on fixtures and appliances. My family and I are beyond satisfied with this investment in our home and health.

  I called Chris on a Sunday planning to leave a message but he answered and set up a time to come out Monday morning. Chris explained the current system we had and how it functions and did all he good to try and repair but unfortunately we needed a whole new system. Chris had everything ready next day for replacement and re did our piping and the new system is spectacular. We could not be happier with service provided and the new water softener setup!

  Chris does a fantastic job at giving you the experience of someone incredibly knowledgeable and professional while also effortlessly giving you the impression that he’s someone you’ve known and trusted for years. He’s confident, communicates well and thoroughly about the job, very experienced and skilled with his trade, and very down to earth. We had extremely hard water with very high chlorine in our home. He solved our problem with an amazing water softener, carbon filter, and reverse osmosis system and we noticed an incredible improvement instantly. On top of it all he was extraordinarily fair with his pricing. Considering all of this, it would be very difficult, should we need help with water related solutions in the future, to do our business elsewhere. I highly recommend choosing Water-Logix for anyone else who needs help with water treatment. Thanks again Chris!
