(August 30, 2023, 7:28 am)Water-Flo has done an excellent job removing my water smell: I have been having water odor (rotten egg smell) from the well water. Joe and his colleague at Water-Flo did an in-house water test and prescribed an iron filter tank. After paying the deposit, Joe and his colleague installed the filter tank (which only took 2 hours) during another appointment. The smell is instantly gone. The entire process is smooth and they are on time for appointment, respectful and experienced. Most importantly, the price is very reasonable and transparent. I would highly recommend them.

My SIL recommended Water-Flo to me…e-mail contact, appt made quickly, service just completed by Jeremy T…excellent! And cost less than the original company’s basic servicing! Definitely recommend 100%

(May 2, 2023, 12:15 pm)Brigid and Scott are a great team! We recently had a leak in one of our copper pipes and had to temporarily shut down the water supply. I left a phone message very early in the a.m. and received a call back within the hour. Brigid was careful to get as much info as possible to ensure that Scott would arrive with the correct parts to do the job. Everything was up and running well before noon that same day -- thank you both!

Their prompt service and professionalism gave me confidence that I chose the right company to replace me well pump. Scott explained each step of testing process before any work was completed, he gave me several options, and let me decide which to choose. Thank you for your help.
