  Excellent customer service. My wife couldn’t make up her mind and every employee was super helpful and patient and not at all pushy. It’s bothersome when sales people don’t understand boundaries and this team was perfect. Available the moment we had questions without being over bearing. We ended up purchasing a watch and just wanted to shout out Laili and Lory specifically for excellent service.

  We walked into the Watch Station store and were immediately greeted by Lorraine and Lolli. Lorraine helped us try on different watches. We fell in love with a gold Madison mid with diamonds. Lolli helped to make it the perfect fit! When another person in our party wanted the same watch, Lorraine tracked it down for her. Both Lorraine and Lolli are kind, attentive and knowledgeable. I am so happy we came in, and we will back. Can’t recommend enough!

  I came to get several watches fixed to fit my wrist. Chelsea, the sales representative, was absolutely amazing! She was very welcoming and so patient with me. She made me feel so special and was extremely attentive. Thank you so much Chelsea! Although I came all the way from Long Island, I will always come back! See you soon Chelsea and thanks again

  I went to the common and I spent 3 or plus in other watch stores trying to look for an specific watch for my girlfriend. I never found what I needed or got any assistance on them though.
  However the whole team at Watch station(Yoli, John, Sergio and Laili) were just amazing with me, they were extremely patient, they were kind and helped me to find just the watch that I needed. It was so cool to meet them, and get to know them a little. I am pretty sure so will be back anytime soon. And if you are thinking to buy a watch, stop looking somewhere else, this is the right place to go.

  If you are going to be around the Woodbury Outlets make sure to pass by the Watch Station there! The staff is amazing & the service was impeccable , Lauraine helped me and my siblings find the perfect set of watches . It has a very big variety of watches from different big named brands and most are discounted up to 75% off which is a great deal !!
  I am Definitely coming back here every time i am passing by New York city. Thanks again 🙏🏽
