  The staff is professional and Dr. Sheppard is personable. The doctor treated my mom with care and efficiently resolved her foot complaint. She left the office very happy. I would recommend!

  Dr. Sheppard is a wonderful doctor. He makes you feel at ease, never rushed, and he also takes the time to explain the treatment plan. He’s the best podiatrist around. Mistakenly, I took my son somewhere else - big mistake they even misdiagnosed something as simple as an ingrown toe nail. The office staff is very professional and helpful.

  Dr. Shep (Ronald H. Sheppard, DPM) is a rare and wonderful find. I had an ingrown toenail, which he treated simply by clipping the area of my toenail that was ingrown. What makes me so delighted is that two days prior I had visited another podiatrist who wanted to remove the entire toenail, a surgery. But I decided to think about it and get a second opinion. Boy, am I delighted that I did, averting what could be months of unnecessary pain with no guaranteed result.
  Not only was Dr. Shep’s treatment exactly what was needed (and NO more!) but he’s very personable and pleasant to deal with as is his office staff. Luckily Dr S was able to make the appointment the same day I requested. The office was clean and welcoming. The staff pleasant, parking was easy.
  I wish all my dealings with the medical profession were as “rewarding “ as this visit to Dr. Shep was!
