  Kelly is amiable, you know that's realness affect that gravitate a person soul. Yea that's Kelly... this woman goes above and beyond for Sela Realty LLC, she's such an incredible representative for this company.
  
  I’m writing this review in appreciation to Kelly. I'm a new resident here at Warren Heights. From the day I met Kelly till now, she has been a perfect example of a loyal & truthful property manager. She is always there for you any time of day with the most positive and lovely attitude. I have lived in Queens NY, Newark NJ & Delaware with many different landlords. Never have I had one as extraordinary as Kelly. She is never too busy and she makes even the smallest problems a priority. Not only does Kelly care for her tenants but the owners, property and the leasing department as well. She is constantly making our environment safer and pleasant every day/week/month. She respects all of us the same and allows us to feel like a family no matter what, Because of the wonderful people Kelly chooses to rent to, I can honestly say Kelly has build a lifetime community family and I'm excited to start building great memories in my new environment. All the hard work, effort and love puts into her job. Kelly assisted me with the process of care for a special person in my life, so I want to say it loud & clear. Warren Heights/ Sela Realty LLC is lucky to have her but that would be an understatement. Kelly is truly a God sent.

  When I first applied to Warren Heights I met Kelly she is so nice! So personable she told me my place would be ready by a certain date and it was! I was desperate to get out of a bad situation and she did her best to get me in quick. I love my place she even let me see her apartment to see what I was getting because I couldn't view the current because people were moving out.She is one of the sweetest kindest most accommodating person I've ever met. She helped me through the whole process and made me feel at ease without waiting forever for a reply, which she was quick to give, it was like a load off my shoulders I can't thank her enough for helping me. They keep great upkeep here and if there is an issue they are right on it. The maintenance guy Art is phenomenal as well, that guy is non stop in working to do what he needs, to fix things and accommodate the residents here! I seriously don't think he ever gets a break! I'm very observant as to what goes on here....... and right from the cleaning of the halls being vacuumed the up keep on painting the hallway, you couldn't ask for anything more. I've only been here since November 2022 and I don't have 1 complaint, my appliances were replaced, my carpet replaced my whole unit repainted, I'm so happy here and proud to bring my family and friends here to visit me. I highly recommend Warren Heights and I can't say enough of the property manager Kelly how helpful she is, how sweet she is, her personality cant be any better for the job she does and to help with anything you need And the maintenance guy who you see who just is non stop to make sure the residents here are taking care of. I don't want to be anywhere else. Thank you!!

  From the day I spoke to Kelly to inquire about the open condo for rent she has been helpful. Not just helpful, above and beyond! Anytime I had a question she would respond immediately and do all she could to help me. Even at less than optimal times! I’ve witnessed her interact with other tenants and provide assistance to them as quickly as she does for me. I also see people popping in just to say hello because she’s so welcoming and friendly. I see a smile on everyone’s face when they speak with her. Kelly is by far the best property manager I’ve ever come in contact with. I’ve had some bad experiences and she’s made my time here enjoyable and one of the top reasons I’ve renewed my lease.

  I’ve lived here for 3 years. When I first moved in, I thought perhaps (like other places I’ve lived), that management was just being nice to get me in there, but that once I moved in they wouldn’t be as great. I was totally wrong. Sue is amazing. She is a super nice person and very helpful. Maintenance (Mike) is very responsive and nice. The apartment is beautiful. Also, they constantly upgrade the complex and are always doing upkeep. Just a few examples: painted hallways and doors, upgraded the gyms, upgraded the pool area. Very reasonable rent and worth every penny. Also a very safe place and the neighbors are so nice. Very quiet.
