  We were looking to buy a new Kawai piano for my son. And my friend recommended us Warner Piano company. And when I search it online, I found a lot of good reviews about them. So we went ahead and made an appointment to their warehouse to see the pianos. Ralph and Larry helped us there and we decided to buy a Kawai K500. The price they quoted us was unbelievable. So we made a deal right away. Two days later they delivered the piano to our house. The whole transaction was pleasant and smooth.
  As other reviews have already described how sweet they treated their customers. I am not going to repeat it here. I only want to say they treated us like their own family. Many thanks to you Ralph and Larry. We will definitely recommend them to whoever wants to buy a piano.

  I bought a Kawai GL30-Aures2 from Warner Piano, their price was lower than another company that I visited.
  Larry’s coming to my home in Philly with the contracts made my purchase possible.
  I’m also thankful that on the day of the delivery Larry and Ralph came came to assist the movers, and to set up the Aures system.

  I was in the market for a Kawai digital piano when I found Warner Piano through a Google search. Emails, texts, and phone calls followed, and Larry and Ralph always answered my questions quickly and courteously. My wife and I took the hour-long trip from Delaware to their NJ location, and I played several pianos. They let me spend a good while trying out different piano models in their warehouse. With a lot of wonderful input from Ralph and Larry, it became apparent that a Kawai acoustic vertical piano might instead be the best instrument for us. There was one higher-end model that we both really fell in love with, but the retail price on the tag was way out of our price range. When Ralph worked up our price for that piano, we were pretty shocked that the possibility existed that we could actually afford it.
  
  After we got home, we decided we could not pass up this wonderful opportunity. We left a message that night, and the next morning Ralph was on the phone to us, asking, "When in the next few days can we deliver your piano?" We had no idea they could deliver so quickly. On delivery day, they arrived promptly and carefully dollied the piano into our living room. They also moved our existing piano to the side (it's going to my daughter and family). Larry set up and tuned the piano, while Ralph gave us helpful information on the care of the piano. This was all done with big smiles, a lot of humor, seemingly genuine enthusiasm, and sincere congratulations on our purchase.
  
  I honestly can't think of how this piano purchase could have gone better. My wife and I are incredibly impressed with the piano and the experience and are very glad to have met Ralph and Larry. They have a fantastic business, and perhaps even more importantly to us, they are really wonderful human beings. If you are in the market for a piano in this area, from beginning student to concert artist, we cannot recommend anyone more highly than Ralph Weil, Larry Power, and Warner Piano Company.

  My son and I arrived at Ralph and Larry’s warehouse on a Saturday morning looking for a student upright piano. We have been searching for a piano for a few weeks now, but couldn’t find one that was affordable and at the same time exciting. We ended up staying for more than 3 hours. Ralph and Larry let my son play every piano in the warehouse (including all the grands). They told us stories about the different makers and their legacies, and explained in detail how the different actions work. Finally we were pretty much set on 5 year old Kawai student piano that seemed in good shape and my son really loved but we decided to sleep on it. When we were about to leave Ralph said that if we have time to drive with them to their second location there is one more piano they would want this kid to play… When we arrived Ralph showed us a used Kawai K-200 which seemed almost new. My son started playing it and looked at me. He was in love. The rest of the details Ralph and Larry asked me not to share, but I will say they went a very long way towards us in order to make it possible for us to purchase our son an amazing piano he can’t stop playing.
