Any problems I’ve had, they fix it on the spot. From changing my broken frames to tightening my new ones. I’d give them a 10 if I could. I’m very happy I chose them.

(August 27, 2021, 3:11 pm)Dr Caridi was as patient as she was kind and intelligent. I’m a first-time contact wearer, so I had to narrow things down for comfort and clarity. Long story short, I had to go back a couple times, and she was so absolutely patient and willing to work with me to ensure that I got exactly what I was looking for. In the end, I’ve never been happier with my eyes. 100% would recommend to my closest friends and family.
