  Customer Service was great from A-Z. The team went over and beyond in assisting with selecting the perfect frames that suited our faces and matched our personalities. They even tighten our daughter's frames while she waited for us. This is a Walmart vision to visit.

  Mr. Macon is the consummate professional. He took his time and was very patient in explaining The process of changing my prescription. He was very accommodating in addressing my questions. Dr. Bullock was also highly professional conducting her examination of my eyes. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with these fine people. OK

  From the time I walked in the office I was welcome with a smile ladies that were working out at the front desk have the most wonderful professional personalities…. I haven’t seen in a business in a long time. The eye doctor was phenomenal she was about her business and she also made you feel comfortable and relaxed if you needed to ask questions. The selection of glasses were affordable and fashionable at the same time. By the time I got my glasses I was extremely satisfied with the service and I actually can’t wait till my next appointment. I’ve been wearing glasses for the probably the last 30 to 40 years and I’ve never felt so comfortable in an office before. I go to Walmart at least twice a week and I never thought to use their eye care service, I’m so glad I did. Bonus they have affordable Ray Bans!

  Susan Brown provides exceptional customer care. She is friendly, professional, and genuinely listens to you. Susan is always willing to go above and beyond to give you as many options as possible and makes sure your questions and needs are addressed. I wish there were more people like her not only in the medical field but all customer service oriented businesses. I truly appreciate you Susan.

  I had a great experience with the center. Dr. Molock-Herold O.D. was amazing.The service was very professional and the doctor was knowledgeable. She took her time and gave me a thorough exam. Attention was paid to every detail with regard to cleaning and sanitizing everything..The glasses were reasonable with a good selection of styles. I couldn't have been happier.
