(July 16, 2019, 8:57 am)I have been going here for years. Never had any issues with glasses or contacts. They hand me contacts on the spot with no delay. I purchased frames and after a week I didnt like them. I went back and they took the glasses back and let me order new ones with no charge and no hassle. Now to the customer service part. The staff is really incredible. They are all very friendly and accomodating. I have always been treated with respect and utter kindness. Keep up the great work! Thanks for all the years of exemplary service you have given to my family!

When his eye dr told us the glasses only had a warranty once ( same glasses broke 2 times in 3 months) and wanted us to buy another 300 frame, I went to Walmart and they found me a 49 dollar frame and fit my sons lenses into them!!!
