(August 19, 2021, 11:59 am)I arrived on time for my scheduled tire installation and was told my car couldn’t be looked at for another 45 minutes. They were short staffed; I completely understood. The person working at the front desk was as kind and professional as could be given the circumstances. While I waited I couldn’t help but noticed how frequently the phone rang and how often customers stopped in. The Auto Center was doing the best they could with limited staff. I left with 4 new tires and am happy to report I didn’t notice anything wrong with my vehicle on my 20 minute drive home. Thank you to the folks at the Kingston Walmart Auto Center for a pleasant experience during these challenging times.

They said they could handle it when I called on the phone as long as I arrived by 6:30 as they closed at 7:00. I walked up to the counter where 2 employees - and I use that term loosely - were having a conversation. From what I overheard, it was not work related.
