They are very knowledgeable, patient and helpful with design choices and any questions I have had. I would highly recommend using Wallace Design Center with any home projects you are thinking of doing.

They have deep knowledge, excellent inventory and a thoughtful process that would benefit any project, of any scope. Professionals that listen, can keep to a timeline and budget and produce distinct, memorable, stressless work-- are surprisingly rare in this field; I would recommend Wallace without hesitation. I purchased new Hunter Douglas shades for our beach house this Spring and they came to measure right away. The designer met all of my needs and concerns and suggested a great look for us. The installation crew was here yesterday and they were very professional and got right to work. We are so pleased with our new window shades.

(July 6, 2023, 10:55 am)The Wallace Design Center did a terrific job with our window treatment in our kitchen and living room. The drapes at the sliding glass patio door and the roman shades added a much needed softness to a recently renovated kitchen, which felt somewhat industrial before. The solar shades on our multi-faceted bay window in the living room made the living room much more pleasant during sunsets and the soft off-white color added an unexpected “warmth” to the space. Renee’s design choices were “right on” and the craftsmanship of the product is excellent. The team was very pleasant to work with from the designer, to the office staff and the installers. Thank You!

(March 21, 2023, 8:24 pm)Renee and her staff are awesome. They are very responsive and give great advice. They know their stuff. I know of several other people who have been happy with Wallace Design Center as well. Both in the North Fork and on Shelter Island.
