(March 8, 2018, 7:45 pm)Tony the pharmacist at the Rite Aid now Walgreens, deserves a raise. He is professional, accommodating, empathetic, efficient, kind, and understanding. He has a nice pleasant personality.
If there is a problem with a prescription, he figures out a solution that is convenient for the customer.
I cannot say that for all the pharmacists employed at the Rite Aid location in Palmer, MA.
Maybe the new Walgreens acquisition will provide some new guidelines on what is important and how to treat customers properly..
Thank you Tony for making a difference and doing a great job.
