(November 1, 2022, 9:25 pm)I know that this time of year is busy with people getting sick with the weather changing but I just want to write a special review for the pharmacist that we’re working tonight. I called about 30 minutes before they closed and I explained to the pharmacist that one of my sons medication‘s needed to be filled quickly and the pharmacist said that it needed to be ran through insurance first BUT were able to do it for me in less than 10 minutes. I just want to thank the pharmacist there tonight because they really did do me such a huge favor and it is so appreciated! I know it’s one day past pharmacist appreciation month but they should be appreciated every day.
It’s not easy being behind the counter & serving peoples needs from 9a-9p

I understand being short staffed but stopping to have a vent sesh about it to garner sympathy from your long line of customers has the opposite effect. I like this Walgreens, it is clean and well stocked but you need to have front end supervision because your colleagues are lacking professionalism and tact.
