  We just stayed at the cottage with our two Huskies, the cottage is beautiful and has everything you can imagine. The owners had everything ready when we got there from the woodstove inside to the fireplace outside.Even the bottle of champagne and the brownies.The owners really know how to make you feel welcome !!!we will definitely be staying again!! The Hunters

  Relaxing, beautiful, comfortable and the hosts were outstanding, friendly and warm. My dogs don't stray far. They loved sitting outside and listening to the sounds. Cannot wait to go back.

  Romantic getaway with everything you could want. Outdoor fireplace, outdoor shower, walking trails, grill, etc. Great hosts that take care of little details like fresh flowers on nightstand. Go!!!

  If there were 10 stars available we would give the Wagner Cottage located in Damascus Pa. 10 stars plus plus ++.
  My wife and I have been to the Wagner Cottage four times in the past year ( I think that says it all as to how we feel about the stay) and we have visited in all four seasons of the year and each visit has been wonderful. Our stays have been for about a week for each visit .
  Merry and Tom Wagner are your hosts and they are the nicest people and great hosts and they do everything they can to make your stay as pleasant and carefree as possible.
  The cottage is very nice, beautiful, quaint , modern, immaculately clean, and quite and it really is like being home as you have everything you need. The surrounding area is beautiful and quiet. It is out in the Pa. "country".
  The cottage is located on 40 acres of open space and the main house where Merry and Tom live is up the road a bit and there are several walking trails on the property.
  The New York border is close by as is the Delaware River.
  The Woodstock Museum in Bethel, New York is not far as are so many other activities. If you want to just relax for a few days it is the perfect place. You will not be sorry.

  A perfect getaway! If you want a quiet retreat, this is the place. The grounds have plenty of beautiful and well-maintained hiking trails to wander. The friendly and obliging hosts think of every detail. There was even a ready-made fire in the fireplace just waiting for a light! Includes all the amenities to take care of yourself, but is also a short distance from little Calicoon. We chose to stay all weekend and simply enjoy the cottage and trails!
