This is the place to go.. every single time I walk in, the front desk woman knows my name and always says HI 😁😁 with an infectious smile. I use the drop off/pick up service, prices are more than fair, it’s always ready for pick up the next day, and the best is the clothes are folded perfectly and they rubber band together your undergarments.
If the owners read these comments, your front desk, (short Asian woman ) employee deserves the highest raise you can give. She is the backbone of this establishment. Always hustling, always moving and working, always cheerful and always happy to help. Never lose her. Lol
Have been coming here for 3 years, old owners were great, but the new owners are exceptional. I am now 8 months pregnant with a toddler always on hand & the staff is so sweet. Drop off’s & pick up’s take me 80 seconds, NO joke. Love this place. The woman who works here (front desk Asian 5’1) is an absolute PLEASURE!!
First time here today cause our regular place was packed but glad we came here! The owner was so nice. Me and my fiancé pulled up to the store just to see the prices and machine sizes (ending up saving some $$), decided we’ll do laundry here. She (assuming owner, nice young Asian lady) came out with a cart for our bags and helped us take them out the car and into the store.
My fiancé bought more soap when he should have purchased softener because we already had soap in the car 🤦🏽♀️ but I explained his mistake and we had a little giggle moment and we did an exchange. That sealed the deal for me. Great place, great service, great smiles.
the staff is kind and helpful, it's a small business and looks to be family owned. brand new machines have been put in recently. i started doing my own laundry there almost a year ago and switched to drop off / pick up service. they use my soap on request and their own dryer sheets and do an amazing job with wash/fold. i've lost only 5 socks so far LOL so not so bad if you ask me!!! love it!
