  The doctors at Vutt are absolutely phenomenal. I’ve been having some pretty bad cornea issues for the last 3-4 months and both Dr. Kelsey and Dr. Waterman have gone above and beyond to listen to my concerns at each visit and provide the best course of action. Dr. Kelsey has seen me for last minute appointments, even though she was completely booked out, just to make sure I was okay. Honestly cannot say enough good things about how professional and caring everyone is here. Thank you so much for taking care of your patients the way you do!!!

  LOOOOVVVVEEEE it here! Everyone is so attentive and helpful! They always have the best selection of glasses and sunglasses. They get new inventory in often so its always something new and fun to choose from! I may have a bit of an addiction at VUTTS but Layanha, Olivia, Randy, Paul and everyone else there makes it well worth it!

  From the moment I stepped out of the elevator onto the second floor I was instantly impressed! The office was clean, the staff was welcoming and as silly as this sounds even the bathroom soap smelled good. Little things go a far way. I was nervous Id have to have my eyes dilated as I have had a terrible experience in the past. I was delighted to find out I could still have a detailed exam without having to do it. The equipment in the office is advanced and I was beyond impressed with the detail they were able to see in my eye. I cannot say enough about my experience but I can say without exaggeration that my experience was life changing. The doctor was patient with me and ensured I was in the right prescription. Everything from making my appointment to billing my insurance was seamless.

  Had my first eye exam here after 2 years -- Dr was happy to explain everything in detail to me & was very quick yet thorough! Went downstairs & picked out a pair of glasses with ease even with their many frames to choose from. Tom helped me so much & i left with my prescription glasses in the same visit -- first time thats ever happened to me & I have been in glasses since I was in elementary school! will be back later for some new sunglasses & my contact lenses

  My husband has been going to VUTT for years and I gave it a try after my insurance changed. Although VUTT is a solid half hour drive for me it's worth every minute in the car. All staff are pleasant, knowledgeable and kind. They are comprehensive with your eye exam but also are quick and accurate. I've been noticing vision differences and found out my rx doubled. When I went to pick glasses they were helpful to pick frames that not only were tailored to my features but they were conscious of my budget and worked within my limits. I was able to get my lenses in my previous frames changed on the spot and also leave with a new pair of glasses with only a 20/30 minute wait. I cannot recommend them enough to friends and family!
