  My husband and I had just bought a new house and needed our new furnace, AC, and water tank all installed. We called around and everyone was “too busy,” or simply just wouldn’t help us because we had all the parts/components pre purchased. Then we found Paul with Vona pluming heating and AC. We can’t say enough about Paul… Even though he is very busy this time of year he managed to fit us in to install all of our systems. He worked with our schedules in heat and humidity and before we knew it we had AC!!! Paul is someone that works hard and listens to his customers. Not to mention he is meticulous with everything he does and goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are happy. He’s easy to talk to and makes you a priority. A genuinely nice guy with an incredible talent for HVAC. That’s Paul. Thank you Paul for helping us and doing a fantastic job on all our units. You will definitely be our go to in the future!

  Paul came to my house did some work put in a toilet some pipes did excellent work very professional. I like the guys are personality. Any questions to answer professional at all times I recommend Paul to do other peoples work. I would definitely use him again. I highly recommend him five stars all the way great job, reasonable pricing us again excellent personality and top of his professionalism.

  Our water heater went on the fritz over the holiday weekend. Paul was extremely helpful and responsive. Paul was able to install a tankless system for us within 24 hours of contacting him. The job that he and Mike did was highly professional, done with the utmost urgency, by two extremely likable guys and at a significantly better price then the big boys. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again and highly recommend them to anyone in need.

  Hard to find plumbers to do small jobs these days. I called Paul and he responded immediately. Our leak was repaired in less than 3 hrs after I called him. Really great work, very personal, friendly and experienced. Will definitely recommend him for any plumbing work. With our old house, I'm sure we'll be seeing him again.

  Paul answered the phone on the first or second ring, which is rare in and of itself. I had put out several calls, because we had an emergency that forced us to shut off the main valve, which meant no water at all.
  
  Paul dropped what he was doing to come over and bail us out - within an hour or so (which includes time to procure the parts). He was incredibly personable, fast yet thorough, and the price was much lower than I had anticipated. I have saved him as a contact in my phone for future jobs, and I would HIGHLY recommend Paul for your plumbing needs.
