Chris and Mary were so helpful and pleasant, making sure we didn’t feel rushed and encouraging us to take as many test rides as we wanted. They were a pleasure to talk to! I finally decided on the Aventon Pace 500.3 and I love it! We hope to be back in the future so my husband can purchase an e-bike as well. Thanks Chris and Mary!

(July 30, 2023, 2:45 pm)What a pleasure dealing with Chris and Mary at Voltage Bikes in Washington Crossing. My friend who is just getting back to biking rented a bike. They rented her a very nice bike in excellent condition. Considerable time was spent providing her instructions on use of the bike and a little test ride in the parking lot. My friend soon got the hang of it and we were off exploring the beautiful Delaware canal paths in Washington Crossing , PA and Titusville, NJ .
They have an excellent selection of EBikes for purchase as well.

They are very knowledgeable and patient and make sure you understand all of the features of your bike and take the time to make sure you're comfortable riding. My Velotric Discover is the perfect bike for me and I have been putting miles on it! Also, Chris went out of his way to help with service on another ebike that was purchased elsewhere. I highly recommend Voltage Bikes and my family is looking forward to adding to our fleet soon.

(July 9, 2023, 2:04 pm)My wife and I rented 2 bikes for a 4 hour ride and they were amazing! Very easy to ride and we had a great time. Bikes were ready to go when we arrived (9am on a Saturday) and how to use them was explained clearly. The owners of the shop were so friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

He was knowledgeable, helpful and took the time to explain all choices available. Mary communicated quickly and was very accommodating and made sure we had a great buying experience. I highly recommend shopping for a bike with Voltage bikes.
