If I could give this office 10 stars I would. They’ve been pleasant the entire 5/6 years I’ve been seeing Dr. Klinov. The receptionists answer any questions I have and even give suggestions related to ways to go about insurance/pharmacy issues. I would say they are pretty proactive. Dr. Klinov is helpful, has great bedside manner and you can tell his passion for helping patients radiates through the office. When I call I might not always get a answer right away but from experience they are very prompt in response to messages. Many times the receptionists seek out the doctor put me on hold and get the answer I’m looking for on the spot. Thank you for being more then helpful!
Dr. Klinov is absolutely amazing, understanding and patient. He is very, very knowledgeable in the Alzheimer’s and Dementia field. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend him to anyone dealing with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. I would’ve have given a 10 star rating, but I had a problem with his receptionists. I took my Mom on a Wednesday 10am and admittedly forgot to write down a medication she was taken (which messed up the prescription Dr. Klinov wrote), I called as soon as I got home (20 minute ride) and told the receptionist that I forgot to include the medication and to please let the doctor know; I got a response of of course I’ll leave a message on his desk. I called my Mom’s general doctor and said to keep on the medication she was previously on, until I hear back from Doctor K. Not hearing anything Wednesday, I called backed Thursday morning and explained everything a second time with some urgency and received an answer ok we’ll leave a message on his desk; heard nothing. I called back Friday morning and was told Dr. K wasn’t in and that’s when I lost it.
The PROBLEM is his receptionist staff who are totally unorganized and just not helpful at all.
First & foremost Dr. Klinov is an amazing Dr. He is very thorough & answers any questions you may have & explains everything perfectly & simplified. Whenever I’ve called with any concerns about my son, the Dr himself has personally called me back to talk to me. I know he is super busy but to me that shows that he puts his patients’ care first. I joke & say I wish he was a do all Dr. We would use Dr. Klinov for every specialty in the medical field possible. As far as the office staff I always deal with Diane & Marcia & these ladies go above & beyond to help me with whatever situation I may be dealing with at the time. Thx to this office for the care you provide my son.
Dr Klinov and Tara are two of the most amazing people I have ever met. Dr Klinov is a great Dr and helped me with my migraines I couldn’t get rid of for a year out of no where! And as for Tara, she has helped me fight endlessly with my insurance company for the necessary medications and orders to ensure I have always had what I needed. Without her I would be miserable and in a lot of pain. She is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. I would recommend this office to all my friends and family !
