  The staff is so amazing .They make you feel like home. I enjoyed all their jokes and hospitality. Vivi is a beautiful person in and out .Will be back ..

  The salon looks and feels clean. Nice massage chairs and a peaceful feel. The staff were very welcoming, from the initial phone call to book my appointment ( last minute on a Saturday) up into I left the salon. They were nice enough to charge my phone. They are fair prices I paid $76 for an acrylic fill in and a pedicure. I normally pay $150 so was very happy. They did charge extra for using a debit card. FYI bring cash, there was no ATM on site. I'd highly recommend, I reside in Queens but am willing to travel to them because they do excellent work. I highly recommend Milagro for your nails. She takes her time, ask questions and executed my vision perfectly.
  
  Aside from all the positives above. The 5 start is for the woman who had an extremely difficult customer, was taking up a large amount of her time and she kept a smile on her face the entire time. She didn't argue with her, she continued to provide suggestions and maintained a professional demeanor. It's easy to be professional when a customer is cooperative but I was annoyed for the nail tech. I am unsure of her name but I commend you, and because of that spectacular display of customer service, I will be retuning to Vivi's.

  This was my first time Visiting Vivi's Nail and Spa. I was welcomed by all the ladies. My nails look beautiful. I also treated my son to a men's manicure for birthday

  I have been going to Vivi for years. I use Vivi for my lip tattoo and eyelash extensions and tiana for my nail art. All staff is very friendly. Vivi always will go out of her way to accommodate her clients and Tiana is so creative with her nail designs. They don’t nickel and dime you either for every nail that broke or change a lot for design. I would highly recommend!!
