My car was picked up within the timeframe I was told and delivered on the day it was supposed to be. Communication was great and I really appreciated that they were able to give me ampel to arrive at the pickup area. They must have washed my car because I couldn't image it looking as great as it did after a trip from CA to Maine
We shipped a car to New England from New Mexico. Viktor was the driver. From the minute he got in touch, things went smoothly. We texted updates to each other from the road. Transport went very fast, picked up on Wednesday and dropped in Springfield on the following Monday.
My only small issue was that once the car arrived in Springfield, Viva planned to deliver to me in Vermont 3 days after its arrival. So I chose to get a ride to Springfield and retrieve the car from the storage lot.
