  Joe came out personally to assess a unique issue with our well cap. He was extremely helpful and friendly, and quickly put together a solution to help resolve the issue.

  Can’t say enough good things about this company. Joey and his crew are great people that do quality work. When 10 other companies were not responsive, Joey came right out to give me a quote and installed my new A/C unit within a week. Would recommend this company to anyone in the area and will be using them for all future HVAC needs.

  Had an issue with a water line leak causing me hundreds of dollars more on my water bill monthly. Joey and his team worked tirelessly even after running into obstacles kept thinking of ways to get the job done. Work came out great and they stuck to the original quote which is rare these days. Great work and will continue to use them. Thanks Guys!

  I can not say enough good things about Vitale & Son! These guys are a well oiled machine! We recently had AC installed along with a new sump pump and the service was impeccable. The crew is very knowledgeable and explains things thoroughly. The price was so reasonable that I thought it was a mistake when I saw the estimate! Joey Vitale is just the nicest guy, along with his crew. It’s such a breath of fresh air to find a trustworthy and honest company. I highly recommend Vitale & Son to anyone needing the services they provide. Thanks again to Joey and his crew, and we’ll definitely be using you again in the future if the need arises.

  We purchased our Pocono home in Sept 2022 and after renovating was not sure if our 2 split A/C --Heaters were in good working order. The units we have we not a brand that Vitale & Son installs or works on as there are issues getting parts and support from the manufacturer. Joey the owner was super informative and explained if we would like he could still send out a tech to do an overall assessment and could do basic cleaning/ service as needed. We scheduled the appointment and was happy that Nick (our service tech) texted 30 minutes before arriving and would be on time.
  Nick entered my home wearing booties with out being asked and began his assessment. To my surprise he said the unit were functioning properly and looked in good order and would need a basic cleaning.
  Before starting Nick placed a floor tarp to cover our floors from any debris that might come off the unit. Nick was polite/careful/
  informative and very professional. He did an amazing job not only on the A/C units but also the respect for our home. I can't say enough about the whole experience. Vitale & Sons exceeded
  our expectations and were honest and fair in their pricing.
