(March 14, 2023, 11:07 am)I have been having a TERRIBLE contact issue. KIM and the team up in brick office were able to get me right in! I will be coming back to get my glasses. Everyone is so welcoming and im in and out which I LOVE! If you are looking for a new eye doctor check them out and it so great where they are located right off the parkway.

(January 8, 2023, 5:37 pm)From the setup appointment to finally receiving my glasses, everything went smoothly as expected. The online appointment setup was simple and quick. Confirmations were sent via text also as a reminder, which helps a lot as not to forget my appointment. Please note: I learned that phone calls go through a "Call center" NOT your local office, so I can not blame the staff at Rt.70 in Brick, nor any of the offices. Visionworks HQ should do something at that!!
The entire staff, year after year, very friendly and highly knowledgeable, that's why I trust Visionworks with my eyes. My local Brick office is minutes away and easy to drive to. Exam was professional and orderly. The Optometrist was also very professional, knowledgeable and caring! She helped in my every decision. A special shout out to Kim for that unique fun personality while assisting me! Thank you all.
