(November 4, 2022, 1:16 pm)I stumbled upon Visions Photographic Workshops on Facebook. I took several hands-on workshops with them. As a novice photographer, I was able to learn a lot of new techniques from expert photographer, Michael Miller, owner of Visions Photographic Workshops. His knowledge is endless! Visions offers a variety of workshops for all skill levels. Beverly Miller, the Executive Director is so welcoming for new people who join the group. I plan to take more workshops in the future. Learning with Visions is an great experience every photographer should explore!

(June 22, 2022, 12:49 pm)I received a groupon for a 1 hour private introductory session with Visions WorkShops as a gift. I wasn't sure exactly what to expect in the session but it was awesome! Michael went over his background and why him and his wife started the company. He explained to me why they do what they do and what they offer to photographers as far as classes, sessions and memberships. I was truly inspired by some of the things Michael talked about. He really has a passion for his craft and I felt that he truly wants to share that with other photographers. After the introduction, He taught me some of the basic functions on my camera and I was very grateful. He helped me figure out some of the functions on my camera that I needed to take photos without overwhelming too much with too many details. The thing I liked the most was that I did not feel "pressured" to attend any of their workshops. It did not feel like a "sales pitch" at all. Instead I left feeling inspired and wanting to learn more!!! I will definitely be attending some of the workshops available on their site in the future!

(April 18, 2020, 10:23 am)Over the last number of years I have taken a number of workshops and sessions with Michael and Visions and there has not been any that was not informative and enjoyable. Recently I have participated in a couple of LightRoom JAM sessions online with Michael using Zoom. These sessions have been very informative and a great learning experience that I would recommend anyone that takes photographs to consider taking.

(April 9, 2020, 9:04 pm)I have been working with Michael for three years now. He has inspired me to follow my passion for photography.
After many years of taking digital photos, but not being able to process my images like I used to be able to do in the darkroom, I took a Light Room class with Michael. This has allowed me to get back to the full lifecycle of photography that I love; taking the image, processing the image and printing the final image.
Over the last number of months, during the Covid-19 crisis, I have taken two different Zoom classes with Michael. One was a 2 hour private session and the other was a group LR jam. Both were very productive, easy to access and great quality. I would highly recommend a Zoom session with Michael or any face to face class or workshop. -

Always eager to help and extremely patient if you don't understand something . He will follow through with it until you do . Michael S. Miller has helped me pursue my passion for photography and continues to help me nurture my own creative journey ..
