  Iris, the owner of Vision Powered Coaching, is among the few people who continues to impress me with her professionalism. She came into my life when I was too confussed and depressed, because I was a young widow and a first time mum. Through her coaching I learned how to handle my grief and express myself, even with our African traditions which mishandle and disempower widows. I built confidence and am a better person now than i was before. I was encouraged as a parent and have continued to improve my life and work situation, as I have more confidence now.

  Over a six-month period, Iris coached me on navigating a transition in work, in location, and in parenthood. Before starting, I interviewed several coaches and chose Iris because of her personal warmth and intelligence. In our sessions, she kept the big picture in mind yet also got into the nitty-gritty details. Her high-energy listening and questioning helped me make decisions using my own intuition. I am glad that I worked with Iris and would do so again.

  When I first became a widow I felt very lost and unmotivated.There seemed to be no hope in sight.Then I met Iris and she had such a positive impact on my life!I appreciated how she encouraged me to move forward and not let grief become an obstacle to finding happiness.I will be eternally grateful for all her help!

  Iris is thorough in her research and very detail oriented. She is also compassionate, thoughtful, and reflective. We also really appreciated how she gave us homework to complete before each session. Iris reviewed our homework prior to our sessions and we were able to have meaningful dialogues about our goals. Specifically, we came to Iris with questions about adoption. Her over 4 decades of experience in this arena was invaluable to us. She helped us organize our thoughts and create attainable goals for us to work on.
  
  My husband and I really enjoyed working with Iris. We live in overseas and were able to navigate time differences in order to schedule Zoom sessions. Our sessions were recorded so we could listen to the audio afterwards and reflect back on our sessions.
  
  We look forward to connecting with Iris in the future to let her know about our progress. She is really invested in her clients and will give you her full attention. We could really tell just how much she cared about us and our progress.
