I have been training with Chris for years now, following him from place to place and its very rewarding to see him and Kevin reaping the benefits from their hard work with the ownership of Vision Fitness.
It's comforting to know that a 60-year-old, like me, with plenty of orthopedic issues can rely on Chris to adjust the routine on the fly.
If there is any doubt in your mind about their knowledge and experience, you need to schedule a meeting with them ASAP. -

I have been working out with Chris for a month and have experienced great results in achieving my fitness goals. Highly recommend for great service and results in a friendly, motivating environment.

(July 27, 2022, 9:32 pm)I have been working out for quite some time but I’ve never had a personal trainer till Kevin. When I trained with Kevin it was unlike any workout I have ever done. It was challenging but in the best way possible. He pushes you to do your best and motivates you to keep going when you feel like you have nothing left in the tank. He’s an amazing trainer and couldn’t recommend him enough, whether you are a beginner or experience - he has you covered. He is extremely knowledgeable and has years of experience. He is also one of the nicest people - you won’t be disappointed by choosing Vision fitness and performance.

(April 7, 2022, 1:09 pm)Where to begin? I have worked out with Kevin for about 4 years and he is amazing! His workouts always challenge you in a very positive way and you will see results! I also have a son Michael who is on the spectrum and I asked Kevin if he would be willing to work with him. Kevin was up for the challenge! Michael trains with him every week and loves it! I am so grateful for the bond they have formed and for the great workouts he gets each session. Kevin also trained my other son Anthony who played 4 years of college football. Kevin is the best!!

He is extremely knowledgeable about what he is doing, is very receptive to your goals, and is always willing to tailor workouts to your needs. He pushes you to be your best self! Highly recommend to all athletes who are looking to improve their performance and to anyone who wants to get a great workout in!!
