  Mike was amazing. He helped us through a scam that almost got my friends' money. He was patient and went above and beyond for my elderly friend. Gave her terrific explanations and helped guide us towards a clear path to safety. And even went the extra mile to drop her computer off, fix her router and gave her a tutorial on her new set up. Thank you Mike. You have been a lifesaver. A true gem. We will be back. I highly recommend him. 1,000,000 stars. Thank you so very much.

  Mike is exceptionally capable and experienced. Highly recommend Vision Computers for computer problems. Suggest not waiting for a problem but do software maintenance periodically to prevent issues.

  Mike is super capable. I needed the battery in my old laptop replaced (not something I would even attempt to do -- seemed like open heart surgery to me) -- but Mike also rejuvenated the laptop (updated drivers, eliminated extraneous software, etc) and has it working better than I can remember. Very impressive.

  Mike is great, he was extremely helpful since the first day and tried everything possible to fix my computer. He was extremely honest, you could tell he cares about you and not about the money. He loves what he does, he is really knowledgeable and he gets back to you fairly quickly. I strongly recommend him!

  Great people and company to deal with, Mike has taken care of my business for over 15 years. I recently had a problem with optimum dropping my Internet connection Mike was able to determine the problem was a bad F connector Terminator wall plate that had a cracked insulator. Of course when I first called Mike he suggested I call optimum which I did to no avail 4 visits later I called Michael over. Long story short our house needed some wiring replaced RG59 versus RG6 and Mike was able to take care of everything from beginning to end. I'm now able to speak on the phone without dropping calls and use my Internet without dropped packets. It's a shame I can't get optimum to provide reliable service I need to get my own expert to fix their cable network. Thank you Vision Computers for rectifying this problem... Mike you're a lifesaver.
