After 6 yrs of going back and forth with paperwork not filled out to preform cervical injections my Lawyer sent him paperwork from court date 6/20/20 stating MG-2 form,for 3rd time,was not filled out properly. I never heard back from office so I made an appointment for August 3rd. The friday before I get a phone call that he doesn't want to see me and pushes me onto another person who basically isn't even a doctor. I will nNEVER use these people again and they will be hearing g from my Lawyer. I WARN YOU DON'T USE THESE BUTCHERS- IT'S JUST A MEAT FACTORY TO THEM!!!
Since this last post Orthopedics Associates has reached out and help me get thru all the red tape between Zurich in and Orthopedics Associates. I am scheduled for my RFA procedure (finally) later this month. So I am changing this rating ! Dr Rehkala has been the only one I would have work on pain management in my neck- finally going to the next level
