  With the knowledge and care of Amy Harrington I was able to successfully complete the two week cleanse. The program gave me insight into my relationship with food (and wine). Ridding myself of the negative habits has allowed me to reach my goal weight and then some. My plan is to maintain this new healthier lifestyle.

  Amy is a very knowledgeable and compassionate coach. The 14 day cleanse was a lot easier than I thought and with Amy’s assistance I was able to complete the challenge successfully. I have continued to use the information gained in the process to help me take control of my diet and am amazed at how wonderful I feel.

  Amy was terrific in educating & then motivating my wife and me. Her program works really well. She takes her time to understand your goals/needs. Amy responded instantly to our questions. I took her cleanse for healthier eating habits & understanding my food allergies. Along the 2 week way, I lost 8 pounds but more importantly I felt less tired & had a lot more energy.
