Dan is a master of his craft - no hyperbole there - so much so that followed him when he left the spot around the corner from me and opened up Virile Morristown. At the risk of sounding cliche, he "gets" me and knows what I'm looking for - more so than I do myself. Plus he's a punk dude and can riff in a convo like no other. Icing on the cake. Dan is the man. Go see Dan.

He is incredibly friendly and provides a very relaxing experience for his clients. Scheduling a haircut with him is simple and straightforward, which makes everything so much easier. Highly recommend!

When I decided to move from Jersey City to Morristown last summer, I was bummed about no longer being able to get haircuts at Virile in JC, where I had been going for 2+ years. I soon found out that there was a Virile location in Morristown, and even better - Dan from Virile JC was taking over the Morristown shop!
Dan is a one of a kind barber. Not only does he give a A+ haircut, but he’s a great guy and a pleasure to talk to while you’re there. He’s a true professional and his attention to detail is unmatched. I always leave feeling 1000x better than when I walked in.
If you want to look good while also having a relaxing, enjoyable barber experience, look no further than Virile in Morristown. -

Very fortunate to have found another location nearby in Morristown and even better to have met Dan who is at the top of the game! Perfect fade and attention to detail - and great conversation to boot! You won’t go wrong booking here with Dan.

(March 4, 2022, 4:29 pm)DAN THE MAN! I came in with thick shoulder length hair that I have been growing out for 2 years. I wanted to do a mullet but since I am the most indecisive person ever I could not decide on a haircut. Dan really took the time to work through my indecisiveness and give me amazing suggestions. He was super kind, patient, and knowledgeable. We ended up doing like 2 different hairstyles where Dan had to manually scissor cut all my thick hair off. I ended up with a mullet that Dan kept adjusting because again I AM VERY INDECISIVE. It came out fantastic and amazingly cut. All my friends and family love it! I do not miss my long hair! THANK YOU SO MUCH DAN AND I CAN'T WAIT TO PULL UP AGAIN! THIS SHOP IS A MUST, WELL WORTH THE 40 MIN DRIVE AND PRICE!

The time and precision he puts into each haircut is obvious from all the compliments that follow.
