  I love this facility. The nurses, doctors and counselors treat me with respect and are extremely helpful with any problems I’m experiencing.I’ve been to other methadone center’s where the medical staff, counselors and higher ups would scare you by threatening to call social services if you didn’t agree to go to detox. I experienced this personally! I would never leave VIP!

  This place is a good place to get treatment for addiction problems. The staff to the security are fantastic they also do alot for the community. It's a place for health hope an happiness I really have another of gratitude for this place e. Thank you Barbara Acevedo

  VIP Community Services provided exceptional service from registration to discharge. The facility was very clean. The staff was professional and friendly. They are great for Covid emergency services. The doctor took their time and ensured that they addressed all of our concerns. I was serviced with Doctors and medicine excellently . I would definitely return and I recommend VIP to anyone in the Bronx.

  I think this place is very professional the location is beautiful my experience with admissions was
  Super fast and everyone I spoke to abs interacted with was great. A fresh start and change from my previous location @ Bronx Care my counselor was never available And these counselors get too close with some of their clients like people that stop the program are begged and persuaded to Come back…it’s sick…I love Vip I’m reinstating myself today.

  VIP Community Services provided exceptional service from registration to discharge. The staff was professional and friendly. They are great with kid. The doctor took their time and ensured that they addressed all of our concerns. We were serviced in a timely matter and I will definitely return. The facility was very clean and they provided masks and hand sanitizer when needed. I would definitely return and I recommend VIP to anyone in the Bronx
