(June 18, 2023, 8:02 pm)Real clean and the air conditioning works terrific! Paul the owner/operator is very nice and super helpful. A true hospitality hero! You can tell he is proud of his establishment and is true to his seaside roots. Right on the boardwalk and great beach access.
