Vineyard Commons Dog Breed Restrictions on their own lease is Not enforced . Comfort dogs require documentation, but this does not excuse the restriction list. There are units with 2 dog restricted breed . 55+ with restricted dogs is not a good mix. -

Office management personnel are pleasant, courteous and responsive to our needs. The facilities for entertainment and physical activities are excellent and very well maintained. (January 11, 2018, 11:35 pm)We love living in this community! The location is very convenient to anything on either side of the Hudson River. The amenities are great and varied. The management and maintenance are professional and responsive. Community members are such interesting people, too!
