  Cara is excellent at her job. She’s able to adjust on the fly, listens to what you say, and explains things clearly. Rehab hasn’t been easy post surgery, but her guidance has allowed me to progress with confidence. I appreciate everything she does and couldn’t have continued without her.

  The crew was great and answered all my questions on what to expect and how the recovery would be--core muscle. Cara was great to work with and went above and beyond my expectations. I am not from Philly, but she showed me the ropes on where to go--Angelo's for the best cheesesteak. I love that I can text her for question now that I am back in AZ with this rehab process. It shows that she cares and values the relationship of patient and PT. I am thankful to her and the team for there contribution to my recovery

  I came to Vincera Institute after suffering a year with a misdiagnosed core injury. I could not be more appreciative to Vincera and Dr. Meyers, for listening intently to me and correctly diagnosing me. The institute is incredibly professional and the entire staff is kind and accommodating. I had surgery 10 months ago in December, and was able to train and complete the Boston marathon last week. Following the Vincera Institute PT protocol, having such a skilled surgeon like Dr. Meyers, and working on my strength and instabilities, made running Boston a possibility. I could not recommend this place enough if you have been suffering with an injury and are not seeing improvements. I am beyond grateful I found Vincera and Dr. Meyers.
