  I’ve now done 3 different styles of classes with 3 different instructors, and all have been fantastic. Everyone at Village Yoga is great at making you feel welcome in the class, regardless of your experience or any limitations you may have. The studio is a gorgeous and peaceful place to practice. We’re so lucky to have them in Kinderhook!

  Wow wow wow this studio offers it all! All levels are most definitely welcome. Catherine and Sam, the owners, have created a beautiful, welcoming, and inclusive space. They are experienced, knowledgeable, and most importantly, down to earth. I wish I lived closer, but will definitely fly in from the west coast to practice with them as often as I can!

  I am so excited this studio opened up and wish I lived closer! Sam and Cath are immensely talented yoga teachers who have created a truly sacred space in the heart of the Hudson Valley. The studio is so peaceful, warm and welcoming, I felt right at home from the moment I walked in. I cannot wait to come back!

  From beginner to expert levels, this place has everything my partner and I could dream of in a studio. The teachers are down to earth, relaxed, thoughtful and experts at their craft...and the studio is airy and open, a beautiful place to be. The history is rather interesting, the founders have been hosting retreats in Costa Rica for over a decade and ran their own family of studios in DC. Once they moved into the village they knew it was the place to raise their family, we are so fortunate to have this level of yoga in our beautiful town. Run don't walk. Just go.

  Wow - what an incredible space. My first class had a perfect flow and great ambiance. So nice to have a studio like this right in Kinderhook Village.
