  We have been going here for over 20 years and the food is awesome. The waitresses are also the best. All chicken dishes,meatballs, pasta and pizza are real good.

  Needed a duplicate car key made for my recently purchased Honda HRV. Car was used, since it wasn’t a Honda dealer only had 1 key available. Heard about what a Honda dealer would charge me decided to go here instead. Save some $ go here instead, very knowledgeable, reasonable and Bob was very personable. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

  I rarely write reviews, however, Village Lock & Door in Patterson, New York went above and beyond for this customer. The person I care for has Alzheimer's Disease and lost my car keys. After a couple of weeks of searching I had to face the fact that they were gone forever. After doing some fairly extensive price hunting and review monitoring, these folks were recommended. More than a few 5-star reviews were noted. Spoke to Christina about their pricing & it was going to be an expensive proposition no matter who would get the job. She knew what she was talking about but told me call back & speak to Bobby for more info. When I made the second call, I spoke to a gentleman called "Bobby Locks" gave me some valuable money saving advice which I investigated and found that because of him I wouldn't have to starve my cat for a year. {She is grateful} After contacting AAA as a member they would help with the cost not to mention reimburse me several dollars. The only REAL problem I had which ended up consuming my attention for 6 hours the day of, was dealing with the tow truck company who sent the driver from hell. Once he left in a bit of a huff, triple A sent a knowledgeable, professional, and informative driver/technician who quickly and efficiently did his job. I called Christina at Lock & Door several times that day & Thank God for her, she was supportive and informative getting me through those hellish 6 hours. When I told her the car was finally on the way to them, by that time I needed a celebratory drink, maybe she did as well. I told her that I would pick up the car the next day so no rush. About an hour or so later the car was ready & that I could pick it tomorrow. When I picked up the car I got to me Bobby Locks, certainly a handsome dude. When he told me the price, I couldn't believe it. This HONEST person told me what he did to save me money, which turned out to be much more than $100. Triple A had given me names of locksmiths in my area, but I stayed with my new friends in Patterson. Happy I did, these people really went above & beyond for me. If more people were like Christina & Bobby Locks the world would be in a much better place. All I can say is, "THANKK YOU FOR A JOB VERY WELL DONE" I am a grateful customer who appreciates their efforts & expertise.

  Wish I could give Village Lock & Door 10 stars! These gentleman (Bob, Ryan aka The Viking & last but not least… James~ the tallest in the land). They were very knowledgeable, informative & friendly. I also appreciated that they didn’t try to sell me something that I truly need but work with what I had, which is a crummy lock & deadbolt. I had to return a second time due to an error on my end. And they helped me again this morning without any hesitation! Their prices are great & I would recommend calling in advance to make an appointment. I will use them for any future needs when they arise! Thank you gentlemen for a great job.
