(June 26, 2023, 10:52 am)Had an issue with my Nintendo 3DS XL not charging ( I replaced the battery after seeing red flashing lights, but still wouldn’t;t hold a charge). Shipped it to VG911 and was in constant contact with them via their website through the repair and the transaction process (I’m just a worrier so that’s what I do, stay in contact with professionals when I need them). My repair was very affordable (considering all the negative reviews regarding regarding other consoles) and service was excellent, I got my console back in working order within 2 weeks and the techs I spoke to were a pleasure. I can’t speak to the negative reviews about other consoles because I only had my 3DS XL repaired, but I had a great experience with them, and would recommend them if anyone else has Nintendo 3DS XL issues. All in all, I treated them with respect and and they gave it right back. Thanks to all involved in my repair at VG911! Will definitely come back to you if my console has issues in the future, but I’m definitely wiser for the wear about how to take care of my devices as well!
I don’t suppose you repair Gameboy Advance SP’s or the original Nintendo DS's? I don’t need them fixed now but if they do need fixing and you do the repair as well as you did my 3DS XL then consider me a repeat customer! -

(April 26, 2023, 7:20 pm)Recently shipped out my 3DS for them to repair and they were pretty responsive when I had questions. The issue I had was that it was a little pricey to repair my L button and home button but they got the job done. They also sent back my 3DS with more bubble wrap to make sure it got to me safely. Would recommend to others

(March 4, 2023, 11:42 am)Was pretty skeptical about sending in my New Nintendo 3DS XL. Top and bottom screens had to be replaced. Usually prefer to call and talk but it’s impossible here. However their chat works really well. Answered all my questions within the hour. Genuinely surprising. The 3DS came in after about a month and it works great.
